Refund Policy

Dannemiller will refund your purchase price of this program for any reason within 30 days of your purchase of this program under the following conditions:
  • The USB drive must be sealed in the original packaging, and returned to Dannemiller, and
  • CME/CE credit has not been issued to the registered user for this program.
Refunds will not be provided after 30 days from the purchase date of this program.

Refunds will not be provided if the original packaging is broken or missing.

Damage Policy

USB flash drives damaged during shipment will be replaced by Dannemiller upon return of the damaged USB flash drive to Dannemiller.

Data Restoration Policy

In the event that data has been erased from a purchased USB flash drive, purchasers may have the drive restored with the original files by following these steps:

  2. Send the USB flash drive with the following information to:

  3. You will receive the USB flash drive restored with the original files in approximately 3-6 business days.
